"Experiential Learning" is used as a medium in developmental programs / educational tours. Most of the learning in the outdoors is real and immediate. The linking of actions and consequences are critical in this learning process. Courses are designed in accordance to the company's / institution's interest and values.

Direct experiences with challenges leads to rapid internalization of concepts and skills. The experiences teach through the gut as well as through the mind.

It would be appropriate to mention here that Experiential Learning workshop has a lot of games and exercises designed to draw out learning's from the participants. Participants will also analyze their own styles. The outbound format ensures physical activity, and the ambience and experiential exercises lends to learning's being imbibed intuitively. The participants learn by doing.
